Avoiding Government Takeover of the Military

The White House is trying to pass a public option for national defense. This Obamadefense is just a path to a full nationally controlled military! Just imagine a country where Microsoft and AT&T are not fighting wars on behalf of you!

We need to avoid a government takeover of the military. We don’t need a Washington bureaucrat standing between me and my foreign combatant!

We need to avoid National Military. We don’t need some Obamadefense! Boy howdy.

And how are we supposed to pay for Universal Death Care? Some estimates place the cost at over a trillion dollars–a year! Thats trillion with a “t.”

Just like any government program we are getting ourselves into further debt. Can we really afford this government program known as the public option of the military? We know that the public option will just turn into a single payer military system! Just look what National Military did to the British Empire, the sun sure set on their asses!

And what’s all this about death panels? From what I hear, if you apply for military care as an enemy under the Obama plan you’ll be killed on sight. This isn’t the fate I want for grandma when she decides to hurl some molotov cocktails.

Suppose you have a Militia that you use and like. Well, under Obama’s plan you don’t get to keep your own private army. Only the soldiers and generals that the government approves. Total bullshit.

Do you want your tax dollars going to things like failed assassination attempts on South American dictators? What a fuckin’ waste of money (coming straight out of your paycheck!) that could be better spent by something as voluntary as the marketplace!

And you know, if our public military doesn’t get the job done (which it won’t), Congress will just say that it needs more money or they’ll just expand it to the point that we become something stupid like the world police or something. Duh! Look a national military is just doomed to go bankrupt! Like I said, look at what happened to the British Empire! It’s so obvious!

President Obama points out how 30 million Americans who are eligible for military duty do not belong to a Militia. Doesn’t Obama realize that when the government gets its way, these 30 million will be able to join the military but their military resources will be rationed! If you get to be part of a public Militia, then that means you might not get the best armor on your tanks. You’ll literally have to share that extra armor with someone else’s tank. And you might even need to share a tank! Sharing sounds kind of Communist to me!

What’s more is say you’re covered by a private Militia like LibertyTank. Well, they make over $250,000 a year don’t they? Well that means they’re going to get taxed and that extra money that can buy you an extra tank will have to go the public option which will buy some less deserving person some stupid tank! Doesn’t seem fair at all!

Look, a public option for well armed Militias sounds innocent enough but it’s just going to make our private Militias even more expensive! I mean I already owe my private Militia ArmyHammer $2,000 for the laser guided missiles I bought recently.
